DKI gave top-notch service.They came quickly to put in fans for drying water in basement. Tim and Bill did restoration work very conscientiously. Carpet install was excellent. Peter kept me informed of progress all along the way. An efficient, knowledgeable & professional company. Very satisfied.

Jeff and the team at Al-Care were outstanding in helping us clean up, re-finish our basement. The teams always arrived on time and Jeff was very organized in getting the different jobs completed on time. The various trades used were all skilled and did a lovely job. They were responsive to the changes me made during the project. Overall, 10 out of 10. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Al-Care team came in and were quick and efficient after our flood. It was so stressful, but they were all so friendly and made the process easy and as stress free as possible. Malena and Melissa are awesome! The ladies documented and meticulously logged my contents to salvage or claim as a loss and were so attentive and caring with my items. Thank you again!

Work was processed well across the whole period with production manager. There were 4-5 runs of work to get my basement fixed and they were scheduled well. Very impressive on the efficiency. They provide good and efficient services, and the work was done well. Now the basement is back to my kids as a playroom. Happy about that.
